Arranging a consultation

IN-PERSON, ONLINE and PHONE SESSIONS

 Following the outbreak of the pandemic in 2020, together with a majority of therapists I have been working mainly via Zoom and other internet platforms, and also by phone.  

In fact I’d already been using these ways of working for some years with clients who are based abroad, who travel a great deal, or for some other reason are unable to attend at my practice rooms.  We have found it to be a completely satisfactory option, and it enables me to provide a certain amount of flexibility for people with busy working lives.  For some individuals phone sessions are preferable, which I understand, and this is another option.  

I’m now seeing clients in person once again, and in particular I try to arrange for the initial consultation to be in person even if we go on to have sessions online.

The important thing is to find the method of working which is best for each situation, each person.  Whichever method we decide to use, I always apply the same care, the same professional standards, and strive to create the same safe and confidential environment as I do in my consulting rooms.

In person, I work from two London clinics, a West End practice in Wigmore Street, a few minutes walk from Bond Street and Oxford Circus stations, and at the Brackenbury Natural Health Clinic in Hammersmith.  

You are welcome to phone me or email me to arrange an initial meeting, during which you can tell me something of your story, and together we can assess your personal needs.

My working hours are normally between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday.  Occasional weekend appointments can also be arranged.  

Fees for group and individual sessions, including the initial consultation, start at £85 per 50 minute session. The fees for couple and family counselling commence at £110 per session.
